Funding options

Parents who have children accessing funded sessions, can choose to access their sessions from one of three options.

Please take the time to decide which option best suits yours and your child's needs.

1. All-inclusive service including early drop off from nursery opening time and nursery provided consumables including meals and snacks, milk, formula milk, nappies, wipes and nappy cream, suncream and all extra-curricular activities. Private nursery fees are charged for the hours attended in excess of the funded entitlement and a consumable fee is charged within the funded session. If you choose to attend this option, you do not need to complete this opt out form.

2. Funded only session including nursery provided consumables. A consumable fee is charged within the funded session. Funded only sessions times are detailed below and available over 51 weeks per year only:

Full day - 8.30am – 18.30pm (up to 2 days per week)

Half days - nursery opening time or 13.00pm - nursery closing time (up to 4 half days per week)

3. Funded only session excluding nursery provided consumables. Parents provide all daily consumables from home. Please note your child would be unable to participate in the extra-curricular activities on offer. Funded only sessions times are detailed below and available over 51 weeks per year only:

Full day - 8.30am – 18.30pm (up to 2 days per week)

Half days - nursery opening time or 13.00pm - nursery closing time (up to 4 half days per week)

If you choose to attend a funded only session excluding consumables (option 3) you will be responsible for providing the following items daily, instead of using those supplied by the nursery:

All packed meals and snacks

Formula milk*

Nappies

Nappy cream*

Wet wipes*

Year-round sun cream*

Dairy alternatives if required

* Items need to be supplied from an approved list.

Funded-only sessions can be secured on a termly basis, with a term’s notice required before any changes take effect.
