At Lavenders Day Nursery in Bedford, providing childcare for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age, the warm and welcoming environment ensures that children’s individual needs are prioritised and their interests nurtured.
Children’s days are packed full of activities designed in line with EYFS principles and implemented by our highly trained and knowledgeable colleagues. We are proud to have achieved an Eco-Schools Green Flag Award for our environmental credentials and commitment to protecting the world around us.
All children have access to the garden on a daily basis as we recognise the importance of outdoor play on children’s learning and development.

We prioritise the importance of outdoor play at Cedars Day Nursery in Leighton Buzzard. All children at our Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ nursery have access to our large, natural garden area on a daily basis as we recognise the impact that being outdoors has on a child’s social, emotional and physical development. The children enjoy planting vegetables and tasting their produce, served by our dedicated Nursery Chef.
