Claire Greaves – Nursery Manager
Our nursery provides a safe and welcoming environment for children and families. Our indoor spaces and garden areas provide children with opportunities to explore, play and enjoy time outside as part of their daily routine.

Our Caterpillar room is for our youngest children. Each child is supported by a dedicated Key Person who builds a strong bond with both you and your child. They provide consistency and familiarity throughout the day, helping to follow your child’s home routine as closely as possible. We also begin to support early language, understanding and social development.
In our Ladybird room, we focus on developing children’s language, social and physical skills. As language grows quickly at this stage, we work closely with you to support this both at home and in nursery. We also encourage independence and help children to make their own choices with confidence.
In our Bumblebees room, we focus on developing children’s language, social and physical skills. We encourage children to explore, investigate and learn through play, while building their confidence to do things for themselves. With the support of their Key Person, children develop independence, self-help skills, vocabulary and early thinking skills in a nurturing environment.
In Preschool , we focus on building children’s independence, self-care and self-esteem. We continue to develop language, communication and vocabulary, while supporting learning through play. Through our Ready, Steady, Grow programme, children are prepared for school with early phonics and more structured small group learning.

If the place you require is available, we will confirm this in writing and provide you with a registration form to complete. At this stage, we will also request a non-refundable £50 administration fee and 50% of the first month’s fees. Flexible payment options are available and we would be happy to discuss these with you.
If a place is not currently available, we will add your child to our waiting list and keep you informed of any changes.
As your child’s start date approaches, we will arrange settling-in sessions. These sessions give you and your child the opportunity to meet their Key Person and spend time together in their room, helping your child feel comfortable and confident in their new environment. They also allow us to get to know your family and ensure we can provide the best possible care.
If you have any questions at any point, or would like to arrange a nursery tour if you haven’t already, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
