Childbase Partnership is a ‘WORLD CLASS’ workplace Best Companies survey makes it official

The award-winning, employee-owned Childbase Partnership has been rated a ‘World Class’ workplace by engagement specialists, Best Companies.  

Last year’s No. 1 in the Best Big company category of the competition to find the UK’s best workplaces, Childbase Partnership has 44 day nurseries in England which remained open throughout each Pandemic lockdown.

The Best Companies accreditation follows confidential surveys to each of the 2000 plus employees of Childbase Partnership and internal annual survey results revealing high satisfaction levels amongst all partners.

In addition to bonuses for employees working throughout lockdown the company held a series of virtual events, like the awards ceremony with musical performances by ‘Scouting For Girls’ group, a bingo night and yoga, pilates and dance classes to maintain connection and bolster morale and wellbeing.

The company will learn its ‘place’ in the overall league tables of the UK’s best workplaces at the end of May and is currently in the running for special awards, like The 25 Best Education and Training Organisations to Work For, and the following regional awards:

  • The East of England’s 75 Best Companies
  • London’s 10 Best Big Companies
  • The South East’s 100 Best Companies
  • The South West’s 50 Best Companies
