Celebrating colleagues at Green Park Day Nursery
To celebrate the return of families and to thank colleagues for their dedication during the most challenging period in their setting’s history, practitioners from Green Park Day Nursery in Reading received a selection of treats from their grateful managers.
Having stayed open throughout the pandemic to care for keyworker children, the day nursery in Lime Square, South Oak Way, has now welcomed back the remainder of its families under the government directive, and the hard work of the team has not gone unnoticed by either parents or their proud colleagues.
Following glowing feedback and increasing occupancy, committed practitioners were gifted with candles, chocolate, prosecco and face masks by way of appreciation.
Green Park Day Nursery Manager, Mandy Cooper explained;
“We are incredibly proud of the way our amazing colleagues have navigated the past few months. Not only have they helped to ensure our nursery families feel at ease and set a wonderful example by following new safety protocols and operating procedures, but continued to deliver outstanding childcare in such uncertain times.”
