Cedar Park Day Nursery children welcome new business to community

Children from Cedar Park Day Nursery in Twyford were delighted to showcase their creativity by making good luck cards to welcome a new business into the community.

Following a year of lockdown haircuts, pre-schoolers from the Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ Day Nursery on Bridge Farm Road made the gesture to celebrate the opening of O’Neills barbers in Twyford, much to the joy of grateful owners Sara and Michelle, who sent gifts of stickers back to the children to show their appreciation.

Cedar Park Day Nursery Manager, Emma Kemp explained;

“As an employee-owned company we strive to support the communities in which we serve and showcasing this spirit is more important than ever due to the pandemic. We are thrilled to have a new business opening on our doorstep and the children have loved creating their cards and role playing as hairdressers to support this.”
