Food supply form

Please read the following:

Only unopened, packaged, branded food with detailed ingredients will be accepted within the Nursery.

Home-made meals will not be accepted unless there is a medical requirement. This will be supported by a letter from the relevant General Practitioner.

All food provided should be stored, and transported, under temperature controlled conditions where applicable.

Childbase Partnership will ensure that food is stored and reheated carefully to maintain food safety as per our legal obligations and internal Policies.

Childbase Partnership cannot accept responsibility for the safety of the food before it arrives at the Nursery.
