1. All work is carried out is in accordance with all statutory provisions, and always takes into account the safety of others on site.

2. All plant or equipment brought onto site is safe and in good working condition.

3. Any injuries sustained to them or his employees are reported immediately to the Nursery Manager and are recorded on an accident form.

4. Any damage caused to the property during the work is reported to the Nursery Manager.

5. All contractors must comply with any safety instructions given by the Nursery Manager.

6. Any material or substance brought on site which has health, fire or explosive risks are notified to the Nursery Manager and are only used in accordance with Regulations and current recommendations

7. The work area is kept tidy and that they work in a tidy manner ensuring that all debris, waste material is cleared as work proceeds.

8. Contractors to ensure that any noise and dust generated during the work is controlled or is limited as far as reasonably practicable.

9. All contractors must comply with Childbase Partnership’s Environmental Policy at all times.
